Their owner, Chef Leonard Kraus has over 30 years experience in International and Gourmet Catering, has owned a successful Napa Valley Restaurant and Catering Company (Cafe Brix), worked as a Celebrity Chef in Hawaii, California and Florida, and has opened restaurants and catering companies in New York (Aldente in Sloatsburg), California (Kung Food in San Diego), Hawaii (Longhi's in Lahaina, Maui), Colorado (The Good Earth in Boulder), Pennsylvania (The Canal House in New Hope), Jamaica (Alfred's Ocean Palace and The Golden Sunset in Negril) and Mexico (Latutude 20°). Chef Lenny specializes in Italian, Napa Valley Wine Country, Japanese Macrobiotics, and other Natural Foods Cuisines.

His team of Bi-lingual, International Chefs bring their own fresh and innovative ideas to your Villa with Specialties from Italy, the United States and three different regions of Mexico. The range of our collective cuisines include (alphabetically) Argentine Churasco, California Wine Country, Italian (Northern and Sicilian), Japanese Sushi, Kentucky Blue Grass, Mexican and Traditional Mayan Yucatecan, Natural Food, Macrobiotic, Pritikin Cooking,Spanish Paella & Tapas and Thai.

We can bring extra waiters and bartenders if you want. Let us know your interests and preferences and we’ll pre-design a menu that creativity reflect the Chef and the bounty of the Season. Menu finalization occurs the day of the event, after the Chef has returned from the Market. Whatever your culinary tastes or dietary needs this group can be counted on to satisfy the most discerning customers.
